The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. the breakfast had a good variety of food and I enjoyed filling up my tummy before starting my day of sightseeing. the staff was friendly and always happy to help me order taxis or provide directions to the main attractions.
The location of the hotel was not very convenient for exploring the city. It was quite far from the center and the popular areas, which made it difficult to get around.

The hotel's location in the city center was certainly convenient for exploring the area. the personnel offered a warm and welcoming guest service. the rooms were generally clean and had comfortable beds.
The sound insulation in the hotel was non-existent as it was possible to hear other guests talking and partying in their rooms along the corridors.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Nur-Sultan , I had a great experience. The breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The hotel itself was beautiful, stylish, and modern, making for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The amenities provided, such as robes, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste. Additionally, the bed was incredibly soft and ensured a good night's sleep. In terms of value for money, this hotel is the best in Astana. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nur-Sultan.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even assisting me with ordering breakfast and calling for taxis. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and the main tourist attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was varied and filling, and really hit the spot before a day of exploring the city center.
Absolutely nothing.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the warm welcome from the staff and their willingness to accommodate our needs. Additionally, the location was ideal- just a short walk from major tourist attractions and shops. I also loved the stunning view from our room which added to the beauty of this experience.
There were also some negative aspects of our stay which left us disappointed. To start with, the room service was slow and not up to our expectation. Secondly, the food was not as good as it was marketed. Lastly, the room was not very well insulated and we could hear noise from outside which made it hard to sleep. I would say that while our stay had some good moments, the negatives outweighed the positives.

Nothing not to love.
